I have owned both, Pinokio and Rotor. I would strongly recommend the Rotor. The Pinokio that I owned did not feed consistently. The Pinokio is also loud, and the battery life is okay (about 2-3 days of play). I have a video of me using the pinokio and it backs up my opinion. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gwHE47Js3U&feature=channel_page (Video with Pinokio, look at the 4:25 mark in the vid to be specific) All of the games i've played this year have been with the Rotor (13 games, all using the original batteries. I'm still using the original batteries), except for the 2 or 3 games I used my Phantom.

No.
He is saying that the ease of maintenance makes it a no brainer. The Rotor is so easy to use and clean that nothing else makes any real sense.

Get the Dye Rotor and Virtue has come out with a speed feed for it that is much better (and cheaper) than the Dye aftermarket. Rotor's are fast and if needed can be field stripped for jams which i have yet to encounter another plus is the battery life is really excellent. The body on a rotor is nylon composite as opposed to hard plastic like a pinokio or halo so much more durable. Downside -is price but i think this will be the last hopper i need for a long time.
