That's a real nice job - I'm curious about a few things. I'm curious if the "comms" (pre-tank action) were linked in to the recorder or if you recorded your comms or if it just happened to be that the recorder picked them up. Also, what type of camera did you use and how was it mounted?

So it just happened to be that the camera picked up the transmissions. Err, I mean, I totally linked the radios to the camera via generation 38 blue-tooth technology. ;D The camera is an ATC-3000 and it's zip-tied to my goggles, cheap but effective. ;D

Err, I mean, I totally linked the radios to the camera via generation 38 blue-tooth technology. So in all seriousness, did the camera's mike pick up the radio speaker? Or did the camera pick up the radio signals (prior to it being played out of the speaker)? I'm guessing there wasn't really a way to record commo signals through some high-tech means.

No, the camera's mic picked up the audio from the radios. But wouldn't it be cool if the camera could pick up the radio frequency internally?!?!?!

Awesome vid as usual Ox. The tank videos were really dark, the audio was great tho. I know its monted to your mask but if there was anyway to get it outside the tank maybe on the gunners mask that would be awesome.
