Joker, the idea is to keep the battle off the CP.... Making the hospitals destroyable.... would not have that effect.

However this brings back up the need to make props more steal-able with an extremely defensible cp and a continuous respawn, Its pretty much impossible.

Slacker, the way the last game worked, there was a specific location to drop the props near the CP. When the enemy encrouched to a specific area the insertion point was moved from the cone behind the CP, which is behind the prop/ammo dump to a wall further into the insertion zone to a wall in the insiertion zone which should allow for prop theft. So in theory if all the refs do their jobs and all the players follow the rules props could be stolen. However with most props they only count for points and towards the game upo their initial return to the CP not all weekend long.

hmm yeah i guess my problem was more specific to the props at the towers side where they seemed to be in the open with no cover as opposed to on the spools where you could get quite a bit closer.

That was a ref issue, not a placement issue, the enemy was never told to respawn at their wall after the Russian forces had pushed the base and when the XO attempted to approach he was executed

Additionally this scenario does leave open the opportunity to see what a paintballer is made of. The enemy is standing at your CP shooting at you, you are in the Triangle and are effectively the living dead. You can take the pain and defend your props or let yourself be put down to rest. I personally choose the guts and glory method (just make sure you have a cup)

The respawn walls are far enough back to allow players to get to the Ammo dumps, they just have to be fast. The Towers wall is farther down that steep dang hill than I think the spools wall is but both are far enough back to be difficult to just spawn and shoot. Again the biggest issue with them is getting the ref to move the spawn when the enemy has encrouched close enough to the base.

My random question of the day: Does anyone have the itinerary for the game? I checked the site and the forum, but didn't see anything. Looking specifically for start/end times for both days.
