Why is it the soreness hits in two days later!!? Ouch! To all of the Japanese, I guess I should eat some crow after all the smack talk I posted up on here huh? I'll have a heaping plate of that about right now! YUM! First off let me say this was my first XO experience in anything other than a local field events. The best way to sumise the day for me would be; School was in Session. Japanese, your whole team had us under constant pressure all day long. I only made it out for a couple times for mission support and every time we were fighting in the cinder blocks or the speed ravine. I've also seen the amazing amount of pre-game planning that was done by the Japanese leadership, from Spudscrazy all the way down. It really showed me how much work it can be to be the General. His attention to detail, planning, and dissemination of plans was inspiring. Corndog, I don't know what to say... I hate you! There, I said it. OK, so it's not that bad, but I will definitely never trust you again. Job well done. Now all of those 'how the heck did you pull that mission off' runs I understand. The tap in with the ceremonial sword. Brilliant. Ironically, there were so many hints that could/should have outed you but I never put it together. I'm sure Otto is equally as frustrated. I can only imagine how nasty I'll be the next time I pick up base defense because of my paranoia. To the rest of the Japs, congratulations! Okinawa is yours ....for now. ;D To the Marines who have now returned to their ships. You guys did a great job. Team members, walk-ons, first-timers...each and everyone of you showed heart and determination. One of the most inspirational things I saw all day was the group of four who apparently had never played paintball before. They showed up at the CP with non-functional markers. They didn't know they had to re-fill the air on them. Otto, Robin and I talked to them and then sent them out for air. On the next insertion here was this same group of four, all first-timers, asking where they were needed and if there were any missions going out. Talk about eager to help! There are so many teams and players I'd like to thank for supporting us. All of you did great! All in all, I have a new respect for the players who step up and volunteer for the leadership roles. It stops being a game and becomes a job where you have potentially hundreds of workers available to you. And I was only the XO. Finally, to Ronn and Don, thanks again for everything. I've said it once and I'll say it again; these RAW games are the best! Every one of them have been great battles and this one was no different. Your park, your hospitality and your players are all top notch! I can't wait to get back up there for the next game.

i have to issue 1 sorry to a player in the final battle. as we tryed to take the spearpoint tower me and a comrade ran up and were hiding behind the tower oppisite the jap fire. then i ran in and saw that there was a contact just above me. so i shot a single ball through the floor boards and hit a man in a lower region from about 1 foot away. and for all who are wondering i was the one trying to get ppl to move up and give me suppresive fire to get the flag in.

Ducttape, for someone who didn't think they would be able to play and then had trouble getting to the game, you did a great job.

Actually Trap we were all in on it. We were giving Corndog massive amounts of grief for no other reason than to help pull off the deception. It was devious but effective. You thought we had a grudge match and all we thought of it was a plot to make Papa Trapper proud ! ;D Corndog is my other brother from another mother. He's an irritating (minibike) little brother but I love him anyways .

First of all, I'd like to say thank you from all 6 TSSOC members who had the honor of playing alongside/against you all this past weekend. As some of you who we got to speak with know, we are a mil-sim team primarily from the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York area. Most of our games tend to be in that area (Skirmish, EMR, Pyro, etc... Though only 6 of us were able to make it down to this event due to Father's Day and such, I assure you all, this is not the last you've seen of us! (check out our website www.tristatespecops.com for more info, also linked in my sig). Otto - Thanks for giving us a shot with missions and tough jobs all day. Though you didn't know us yet, you gave us important jobs and for that we thank you! Dead by Dawn - Coyote and everyone else, thanks for making us feel so welcome, and chatting it up with us! We look forward to seeing you guys again. Thinman (from SandD) - Good talking to you on Saturday, I hope to see you guys at more games with us! Ron and Don - Thanks for being so hospitable to our team, and we look forward to bringing more of our teammates to see your beautiful and fun field! Corndog - You were so pleasant on the field, and off. Thanks for coming over to hang out for a bit... you traitorous pig To all of our Marine brethren and our Japanese adversaries - Thanks for a great time! We will be seeing each other again soon! No doubt! I'm sure we met others who I don't recall, but hey, it was one day... There will be more. Here are a few excerpts from our teams forums by the 6 members who attended to the rest of our team: SplatBrothers: (A+++) It could be just me but I think they were the best field owners I have ever met. They are well respected, professional, friendly, accommodating, ORGANIZED/THOROUGH, polite and they genuinely love this sport. The field and players: (A++++) Sadly, I had to drive 4 to 5 hours to play on the best paintball field that I've ever experienced. The players (Japanese and Marine) were very honorable and were not out to intentionally hurt you. If you called hit or out the entire squad waited until you removed yourself from the hot zone. ____________ Both on and off the field, I have never seen such honesty, honor, and overall sportsmanship as at this field. ROUTINELY, when you'd shoot a player, he'd walk near you and say "nice shot player" or "good fight!" It was remarkable. I heard people on both teams routinely calling paint checks, but mostly on themselves! And when you said you were out, you'd hear the enemy relay that to their teammates and you'd stop being shot at. I was bonus balled once, and the player who did it immediately came up to me and said, "hey sorry man, I didn't hear you call it out until a few more were in the air." And the refs moved, they were informed about the gameplay/objectives, and were vocal. It was great fun for these very reasons.______________ - The owners are great. - The refs are great. - The players are honest and friendly. - The fields are fantastic. - The rules are followed. - The other teams are not riding some high horse. So yeah... we had a GREAT time, and look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Brandon said that all was good, and everything was cool, and there was a "I see now" moment, when the lightbulb lit up. Ya'll were going so hard at the Flame Posts, and Ronn and Donn weren't doing anything to cool it down, so I lent a little assist with the chill and everybody play nice post ... Am really sorry I missed the game ... as I said ... My children are growing up and pulling scams all by themselves ... I am sooo proud.

Hello all!!!
To start I would like to thank the guys from Team Anarchy and OMM and Assault and Battery for their help with the whole plan that was pulled. Without you guys, it would have probly failed.
Otto...I am sorry that I had to pull that with you...I did second guess the whole thing during the day...but I had a job to do and knew that it was worse to fail than to complete!! I hope you aren't too mad at me...next time we meet I hope that I can ACTUALLY play for you...you were an AWESOME sport about the whole thing!!!
Severe...After meeting with you and sitting in the CP and talking with you I began to feel bad...but like I said...I had a job to do. As for what I said to Otto...I hope to ACTUALLY play with you and your guys for real the next time that we meet!!!
Spud...AWESOME job bud...I know that I pushed a few bounds with you and you let me do my thing...thank you...It was great to FINALLY pull a scam of that magnitude...I am used to the smaller ones!!LOL Although...I don't think that the sheep thank you seeing how they had to go through the victory ceremony after I got home...BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
To all the others that were at the game...thank you for an amazing day of play...
BWC...my heart goes out to you...I do not agree with that kind of activities...and believe me...whoever they are better hope that I don't find out...because I will deliver them on a silver platter to you!!!
And finally to my paintball father..."Look daddy...I did it!!! you taught me well!!!!"

Dude, I'm so glad I let you go through it (like I had a choice). I had my reservations, but you proved myself, along with a whole boat load of people wrong. From the second I saw that blue tape on your arm, to the times I saw you insert, tag-up, then request to be escorted back to the tape line, I thought you had no chance. You have definitely proven yourself as a feared player...it must suck being you ;D ;D ;D. I'd have you on my side anytime. Thanks for being a huge part in the Japanese victory. And to top it off, thanks for being the bud that you've become. You da' man Brandon, no matter what Chowda says about you .
