Will we be able to burn or do we have to wait until game time to find out? This is a good question. Don't know if they will put a restriction on the burning because of the lack of water. Don't want to create a forest fire. Should know closer to the game.

UPDATE: If fires are permitted they must be EXTINGUISHED by midnight. Generators are to be turned off by midnight as well. -William-

I like that rule about generators, I like it even more when actively enforced.

So you can't have a generator running to keep your heat on and drinks cold and what not, but the campsite next door is allowed to raucously party till 5 am?
Well that makes perfect sense. Because a generator is much more annoying than a loud group of 20-30 people with no consideration for others trying to sleep.
Not trying to ruin anyone's Positive Mental Attitude here...but I'm just saying what most of us are thinking right now.

I think what farva is trying to say is (it's certainly what I am saying) that the parties arent an issue....party on....but put into perspective with the generator rule (and I certainly understand some folks wanting to hear the sounds of nature when camping instead of a generator), that it really doesnt make a whole lot of sense. I have heard lot of lone voices in the night holler out for someone to "Shut up" because they were trying to sleep, and the voices were still in party mode. I would think that the generator would drown out alot of the party noise, and would be more prefered than the noise of "Fun" going on around the camp. At least the generator is a constant and steady hum to the ear, and can actually aid in the sleep process. This is after all a paintball gathering for the weekend. If one wants to commune with the sounds of nature, then I would suggest one of the states many fine state parks for the weekend. Camping at a paintball event is for...well...paintball. there are going to be party's, generators, limited bathroom facilities with less than adequate toilet paper, bugs, vehicles stuck in the mud, someone who always forgets to bring this or that, ETC. Get used to it, or get a room at the local hotel. I would much rather hear the generators than the occassional slurred "F" bomb from somewhere across the property.
