Something that has been bugging me since the drive back from the game that I think needs to be addressed.
The MVP award for the Vietnamese side was given to Siim, however the mission that was mentioned by Shrub was completed by myself and NOT by Siim.
I can almost understand how the two of us were confused (we wear almost the exact same uniform.
Now my question is... was the award given to Siim or the man that got that mission done. Right now we've elected to share the award but I'm just curious to know. We're both a part of the same group (The still unnamed team from Raleigh) and are still taking suggestions on names. right now, we have a couple of names we're considering
Ground Control
Capital Punishment
so what's everyones thoughts on these topics?

Let me be the first to say it was great playing alongside your team and we hope to do so again in the future.
That being said, you should pick a team name that reflects the team. One that "fits". For our team name everybody put their suggestions on a list and then we narrowed it down with popular vote from there.
Having said that, It's my personal opinion that you shouldn't get hung up on the MVP award. It's not worth it. If awards is the reason your playing the game then your in it for the wrong reasons. Be happy for your teammates and proud of their accomplishments. A good team can accomplish much more than a good player. You'll have many great days and many good missions and maybe you'll get that MVP award but play for the friendship and enjoyment of the game. That way YOU WILL ALWAYS WIN.
BTW, Capital Punishment is already a successful and well known team from the Northern VA/Washington DC area so I wouldn't go with that one. Ground Control is kind of cool though.

Ground Control seems to be the favorite amongst our group right now (although we've been playing with the name "the Postal Service" simply bc we like the motto "We Deliver!")
As for the award, yeah it's no big deal. Me and him are trying to decide what to write on it (since he got recognized for doing something I did while he was taking a nap.) Next time, there will be no question as to who is who. we don't wake up at 430am to make the drive for awards, we do it for the awesome time we have with you guys.

Ground Control is a scenario team that frequents games in the NE (NJ, PA, MA). I've seem them travel to as far west as IL and IN.

Whatever name you choose. You guys rock. Regardless of whom was where during that game, you guys did an awesome job for me in my game as well. Siim was second in line for MVP that game as well.
As to who should get the blame. I think part of it is my fault. I gave the Siim's name to Shrub when we were discussing things. So if there is anyone to be mad at... I'm a big guy and can take the weight for this. I apologize, Spartan, for misidentifying you. And huge props for the mission you accomplished.
BTW... If you choose UPS... I wanna hear "What can brown do for you?"... Or maybe I don't... LOL
