Two reasons right off the bat are the fact it looks coated and not annodized and the lack of macroline suggests internal milling for air passages which means there are tiny gaskets involved.
I watched this exact issue go terribly wrong this weekend with Dustin and his Vangaurd Creed.....
Everybody knows we lean towards the PE markers on A&B but even those are starting to go to the internal milling of air passages. I think, and I can't believe I'm saying this, that this escalating arms war has just gone completely out of control. I mean really....what's next?

internal milling is the devil! sure you have less weight and supposedly more efficiency but its ten times harder to trouble shoot and fix, i spent the whole weekend shooting another persons gun because of it.
