Having just read the current commiting teams to the "Warsaw Pack" (us guys...), I must admit that this is already going to be a game of All Stars.....but do not worry, the NATO forces look equally as impressive. This is just knowing what we have currently committed, and there are MANY that have not thrown in their names as of yet. This event is definately going to sort the men from the boys. One of the few games I have attended that is all "Guts and Glory. This is all about tactics and the ability to follow orders, and working with the other teams as one single entity. This is what impressed me the most last year at Command Decissions. It is a tough lay out, and a grueling schedule of being on-field, but I promise you will walk away in the end with a sense of pride un equal to any other game you have attended. Drained physically, yet energized mentally is the battle cry at Fulda. SoVa is ALWAYS up for just such an event! Be warned...you will not see alot of your campsite during this one. Every single player is key to success, and depended on by his/her comrades. Not just a game, nor is it a gathering, or party.....it is a test of endurance, honor, and valor.

Hello Comrades!
First, I'd like to WELCOME you all to the 8th Guards Order of Lenin, Combined Arms Army!
Second, I'd like to thank Comrade Col. Aldva for recruiting and leading some of the finest teams in VA (or the entire East coast for that matter) to join him in making 120th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment the most POWERFULL fighting unit on the field!
The state of VA presents a long history of great fighting men, going back to Lighthorse Harry and Robert E. Lee! No doubt the 120th will be cast from the same material!
As Stonewall's brigade became the 1st Brigade of the Army of VA so shall the 120th become the 1st Regiment of 8th Guards!
Make no mistake, NATO is recruiting hard and intent on bringing the heat this year! Their forums are alive with chatter and boasts of crushing our forces....
However, with brave and powerfull warriors such as yourselves in our ranks I am sure NATO will find it difficult to bring their predictions to fruition...
Boxer plans on being at the Splatbrothers October game so I hope to meet some if not all of you then.... In the meantime, Comrade Col Aldva has begun working closely with the CG of 39th Guards Motorized Rifle Division (Wendell "Runaway" McInnis the Captain of Team Boxer) and myself to develop a strategy for our glorious forces!
Expect to be at the tip of the spear! Expect to be at the vanguard! Expect to face the best NATO has to throw against us!
For the Motherland and 8th Guards!
Kent "X-Man" Jones Team Boxer 8th Guards, Commanding

Comrade General Xman,
Thank you for stopping in....The 120th is looking forward to everything Nato can throw at us. We will be sure to give the Nato General your condolences upon our visits to see him and through his retreating forces.

WoW well said Mr. Voodoo, Hello Gentlemen, My name is Wendell "Runaway" McInnis of Team: Boxer, I will be Commanding General of 39th Motorized Riffle Division. Let me first start by saying "Thank you in advance for your time, money, sweat, tears and dedication!" I will be acting much more as a coordinator then a dictator during this event. It is important for all of you to know that each and every one of you are important to the cause, as is every bridge, every road, every inch of ground, so please never forget that. It is our intention to make sure we all have fun, so if your not please feel free to voice that to your Sub-Commanders, to myself or X-man. Aldva and myself (plus Xman and the rest of the leadership) are already hard at work developing a plan to best deal with this NATO threat, it is our intention to but you guyz in the best position to win. If you have suggestions you can pass them up through Aldva or to me directly at wendellthe2nd@yahoo.com In closing I would like to thank you all again and say to you this “The WARSAW Pact, will weigh heavily on me --- I in turn will weigh heavily on each one of you (the 120th Guard)!!!, We will be the difference between victory and defeat!!!! Welcome to Operation: Wolf Pack!! For the Motherland, For WARSAW For the 39th MRD ~Runaway Clear!

Splatbrothers Brethren - great to see so many of you engaged for Fulda Gap this year!! It is a truly awesome game that rivals anything on the east coast. for those unfamiliar - this will be the 4th year Fulda Gap has been around, and WARSAW has won all 3 previous games...we are NOT going to break that streak this year!! the command structure is really exceptional on teh WARSAW side - XMAN is absolutely amazing as a General and all of the Command staff, including myself who generalled WARSAW the first 2 years, Aldva who will be commanding his unit for the 2nd year this year, Ted "The Hun" from Recon 1 who has been around for all 3 years, Otto (2nd year this year), Runaway and several others who have been WARSAW from the start have all worked together so much that we really have a great on-field comraderie. And planning began last November so we are WELL into our strategy. So expect a very organized, efficient, and well-communicated gameplan. CP and General kills dont necessarily net any points unless they are special missions - it is a territory based game where WARSAW is invading West Germany and must control chunks of territory by certain times...eventually at the end of day one WARSAW has to control ALL of the field - 10 key bases...which makes our job tough, but we have a 1.2-1 manpower superiority to equalize the ratio for that attack. the night game is between several key bases and then Day Two is NATO's counterstrike where they have to re-take West Germany. Will be a great game and we look forward to seeing everyone out there!! And we will see most of you at Splatbrother's October game before that!
