They are not part of an official LEGO set. They are available from this site: www.brickarms.com/default.aspxFrom what i just skimmed over in the last 5 mins the figures themselves will be available sometime this year otherwise you could buy the weapons and make your own minifig military. the cool thing i just found is that this company also makes paintball markers for minifigs
