Alright, so I'm gathering supplies for operation onslaught such as walkie-talkies, knee pads, family-slave-labour, ect. And a thought hit me. "Hey, I wonder if that huge NERF Bazooka thing I played with as a kid would Qualify as a LAW rocket. " So I hopped onto to the trusy 'ole' google, and sure enough I found it. I looked at it and it seemed like it would be the perfect LAW rocket. Now, the part that stopped me from up and stealing one from my cousin, was that it may not qualify for a few reasons. 1. It doesn't shoot Nerf Footballs. 2. It's a Hand-pumped air system. I don't know if that could be chrono'ed. 3. It's awkward to carry, extremely large, and would likely stick out like a sore thumb in the woods. So forum, is this able to be qualified as a LAW rocket? And if so, is it a good idea? Thanks. Anyone who has no clue what i'm talking about, here is a link to the picture. www.hasbro.com/nerf/n-strike/shop/details.cfm?guid=FE5DCD59-19B9-F369-D980-0443B171DF74&product_id=25715&src=endeca-Dom

Taken straight from the Splatbrothers GSRP LAW section: Any and all SRPLs/LAWs/PACs/Tank Cannons MUST use 2" Nerf rounds or JCS Rocket rounds- NO paint can be used in these units, unless provided by game management only! Hollow point JCS rounds fitted with a paintball will considered by game management on a game to game basis.

No it does not qualify.
The item listed in the hyperlink does not shoot 2" Nerf™ rounds, it shoots darts and "mega missles".

What if I modified it to shoot the 2" nerf rounds? It'd be a simple process.

Acceptable Types: 1.) HPA: Prefabricated/Corporate Manufactured, Patent Pending models (accepted models) A: Metadyne Havoc & JCS MKX Launchers ***Note*** THESE MUST BE FACTORY STANDARD AND WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS 2.) HPA: All others except those listed above 3.) CO2: 12 gram only
Anything else would need to fall under the guidelines of a homebuilt launcher

If it were me, I doubt I'd allow it, only because it is made of cheap plastic, and with the rigors of paintball, you could fall on it and the plastic shards could be very dangerous. I know you may think that pods and such could fall into that category since they are plastic, however, they are designed specifically for paintball and the plastic is no way near as brittle... Again, R&D's call, but I would recommend against allowing it.
