Reg rebuild needed or QEV valve(s) replacement -I dont think you can rebuild the QEV in the 06 model -they are the funky red ones. Does it leak?

1. make sure you have a good battery - energizer or duracell 2. change the number 9 and 11 o-rings on your rammer - even if they don't look bad 3. inspect your inline regulator. ensure the shims are all there 16 and installed correctly )()()()()()()()( 4. inspect the o-ring on your reg piston - change and apply light dow33 to it 5. inspect the top of the reg piston there should be a black circle on top called a reg seat. if it is missiing, cracked or mis-shapen - replace the reg piston. 6. inspect the lpr - ensure it is assembled in proper order (5 parts to this one) and inspect the piston o-ring and change/grease if required.
those are the initial fixes.
are there any leaks?
also, if you have after market grips on it - check the rear solenoid assy for possible holes or cracks from the screws.
HAvoc is correct the 05/06 QEVs cannot be rebuilt - they just get replaced. look into the steps I have listed first though.
Let me know if it works -
