Hats off to all you fine players. They had some hard-hitting ballers coming at us non-stop and we gave it our all and never lost heart in the battle. We had alot of good presses right back at them and DOMINATED the night game. We had a great time at the game and want to thank all the teams we played alongside for a game well fought.
Pickle, Wallace, Frenchie and CornDog: Top Marks on some superior strategy and tactics out there. You all really kept our team motivated and moving forward. It was great to play with a group of battlefield commanders whoes hearts were with the players!!!
Thanks Again ALL!!! Cant wait until the next adventure!!!

sweetpea, you did an excellent job with your role and missions, we could not have had a better person take the place of gimpy for our enforcement officer!

I agree with Traffic, I had many people come tell me how great of a job you were doing and next year I'll call on you again to join forces with me as one of my role players, you can count on that.

Jory,
Ditto, ditto....I was going to add my comments but what else can be said, very well stated. Congratulations to all SSK for their award.
Until they announced the final results we had no idea who had won, this game was a lot closer then the final score indicated. Great paintball from everyone, the sides were very even and it was a well matched game, the outcome could have gone either way. This is the way it should be.
Loved going up against all the tanks, it made for a very interesting battle.
Thanks Coastie for leading us to victory, and thanks Ronn, Don, and Bobby for another great Splatbrothers weekend. I am still sore!
Also, I did not hear one complaint about the paint, the guys even said the battle paint shot great.

I concur on the paint. I used the cheaper stuff, and did not have one break, nor hear of any breaks in the guns or in barrels all weekend.

I can speak for BwC. We will fight under your command anytime Pickle! You did an excellent job, even though they did make it to our CP once, how many times did we beat them back off that darn spool field? You also did an excellent job with you seconds, anytime I had a question it seemed like Wallace was always there. Looking forward to to the next time already.

The paint was breaking just fine, my only complaint is there was pink paint being shot excessively. My new jersey which I put on that morning, has permanent pink stains in it.
So, if I had to complain. That'd be my complaint. Our CP was shot up by almost only pink paint.
Unless this pink paint was being allowed? If so.. Ron and Don, it was staining. Farva has the same issue I believe, he can't get it out of his jersey.
Aside from that, great fun!

Willow, whether or not any pink paint was being used it was never found but much of the orange paint that was being used once dried and oxidized turned into a pink color.

Negative.....
This paint was breaking pink, and there was a T O N of it being used all over the field in LARGE quantities/ multiple groups.

Our base was overloaded with breaking pink paint, Andrew noticed the problem and radio'd in about it I believe, not sure what ever came of it. It was in fact breaking pink. There was so much of it some of us thought SB's ran out of orange and started issuing different fill.
When I pressure-washed all of my gear Monday, the orange stuff came off, but the very distinctive neon-pink (reminds me of Brass Eagle stuff from last decade) is still on there.
Gonna try to pressure-wash stuff again today.

I actually noticed the same thing with the pink, there was some coming from the German side as well because my Jersey has a few pink stains. I recommend Oxyclean, it really does help a lot with paint stains. I noticed a few different styles of paintballs laying on the ground in a couple of bunkers I overtook.

I can chime in on that a bit, we noticed this as well, alot of pink filled paint, but I also observed what mntlhazrd is saying. I had one break orange on my jersey, after going out and cleaning off the hit, moments latter it had stained my hand and glove a nice pink color. I know several of my mates were covered in pink breaks on the mask too, so hard to tell what may have happend. Heck when the game started off I was seeing breaks of yellow and green in there too, then some white, which was latter accouted for, but it did become trying to follow if it doesnt break orange your not out rule . O'well, irregaurdless it was a great weekend!!!
