I saw this on facebook and looked into it. It looks really sweet. It would take a while to fill a normal tank, but it would save money in the long run. shoeboxcompressor.com/What do you guys think?

Thanks Rook... We have been watching this for several months. From the FAQ page at Tom's Website...
[/b]
Q: I hear it needs another compressor? A: Yes, it needs an 85 psi input from a shop compressor for maximum fill rate. If you don’t use a shop compressor it will take 6 times longer to fill a tank.[/quote]
Not only will it take 4 hours to fill but you must also have another compressor to make it work. However, Tom is on to something here...

But most of us who build our own tanks, launchers, mostly have access to an air compressor. With this device it makes testing and tuning new guns and gun parts easier. This device would save some people gas money and the fill fees at some field, so the overall cost of the machine is worth it in my opinion

I don`t fire my gun enough when im alone, and it seems pretty inconvenient to wait four hours per tank.. That would mean if you are having 5 v 5 in a back yard..... 40 hours of filling air tanks, and they may not last the entire time?

This looks a lot like one of those little boxes powered by CO2 and a crank that was out at the 97 world cup. The thing took a while to work but did work. It is built on a pressure intensifier design. Esentially he has taken two hand pumps and put a crank in there that turns itself. Ingenius design.
