I'm tired of being out of shape. Last week I completed an all vegetable cleanse to prep my body for the coming changes in diet and I have begun working out again. With ~90 days till hellstorm, I started p90x on Monday with my goal to be back in a good aproximation of physical fitness by then. This thread will hopefully encourage others to make the same goal while chronicling my progress. Mon 1/10 cleanse week. My beggining weight was 193lbs Mon 1/17 started p90x program. Weight 189lbs. Core synergistics workout. Tues 1/18 plyometrics. Weight 187.6 Wed 1/19 shoulders and arms. Weight 186.4
