Hello, my brother and I have been annual pass holders for 2 or 3 years now and we had the understanding that the pass entitled you to free entry (the website says free entry and the actual pass states free entry on the front of it). However at the last RAW game we were told the annual pass was only good for $20 off the entry fee, therefore if we do not pre reg we will have to pay $5 each to play. I tried to pre-reg for the Nov. game but did not see any way to do so without billing $20 per player to my credit card for entry. Please let me know what to do or please consider this my pre reg, the 2 of us will be at every RAW game. Also when you click for details on the annual pass on the website it takes you to a a page to buy gift cards. I was wondering how much the passes would cost next year as we have been paying $100 and I thought I had read or heard somewhere they would now be costing $300. Is this correct? Thanks!

Good luck, I hope this comes out good for the Customer. I had a situation that concerned the November game also, I called, got a call back, I then made two follow up calls, and never got a return call on them. Our team lost 5 free passes on that one, but you live and learn. I am the last person to bash this place, I want to see it survive.

Give me a call at the shop when you have time 757 357 0135. Just now taking over all the logistics at the park, I am aware that Splatbrothers had an annual pass program at a price of around $100 dollars. Although we have implemented our VIP program that is valid at not only Splatbrothers, but Black River Paintball, Hematoma Paintball, both in NC, but it is also now good for Bethel Paintball in Hampton and Hampton Roads Sports Park in Chesapeake which will open by the end of the year, I am willing to accommodate our loyal customer clientele. Just give me a buzz or email me direct to Bobby@firstcallpaintball.com Although not listed on the site yet, VIP program is as follows Bronze 199 gets $20 off any entry to any game Silver 240 gets $20 off any entry to any game and $10 off any case of paint Gold 299 gets $20 off any entry to any game and $10 off any case of paint and 10% off of product each vip also comes with special bday deals, 20 person party kits and more

Got real busy at work, but the guys are going to Fulda Gap, so November is not good, and December we are doing a Holiday Toy Drive Game. I will contact you soon to touch base though.

Thank you for the response. The VIP pass may be an even better deal than the old $100 Splatbrothers pass for some folks but for me it is a bummer for 2 reasons. My location and the amount of paintballing my schedule allows. With my location I play at Splatbrothers primarily and then maybe once a year at New Kent and the Swamp in Gloucester. I try to make all of the RAW games and then maybe 2 regular play days at Splatbrothers for the entire year making the $100 pass well worth it, keeping in mind that pass also gave us $10 off each case. At $100 it was a no brainer and meant we would play Splatbrothers almost exclusively, at $140 more than last year's cost it is a harder decision. Bday party stuff and entry to the other parks has no bearing on the decision as we would probably never play there anyway unless you could get New Kent and The Swamp on board with the VIP program. Again this is just my thought process on why we may not renew b/c of our location and schedule, for others this may be a sweet deal. Either way we are addicted to paintball and appreciate having a quality place to play so we will still be playing at Splatbrothers. Looking forward to Inchon!

I did the math on the other one when there was dispute, To crunch the numbers: Assuming at each game you get ONE admission, and ONE case of paint.
NOTES: 1. You do have to pre-register now , or you have to pay 5 dollars at the park for R.A.W games. 2. This assumes you get 20 dollars off the 24 hour games. (He said any event) 3. I cannot find any information on the passes on the website to read all the fine print, I am going soley based off of Bobby`s post 4. There are 9 raw games a year (Assuming 2 24-hours, and december off) 5. I am assuming the Silver package ($240! side-note Splatbrothers season pass USED to be my x-mas gift.... No longer) 6. I for the most part only attend SB, I dont even know anything about the other fields.
You start with a 240 dollar investment.................................................... $240 You save 20 dollars at each R.A.W Game....................................... 9*20= $180 You ALSO save 20 dollars at both 24 hour games............................ 2*20= $40 In addition you save ten dollars per case (assuming one per game)............= $110 You SAVE................................................................(240-180-40-110)= ($90)
NOTE ********* FOR EVERY GAME YOU DO NOT ATTEND YOU LOSE $30 IN SAVINGS**********

That being said Bobby, will you guys continue to allow purchase of the traditional SB pass? As Bear is stating, I simply do not attend games outside of SB, and when I do its none of these other fields. The investment in the 100 dollar is much more viable expense for myself.

I will NOT be renewing my pass. Kouza, it used to be a gift for me as well. I could barely justify spending $150. These prices are no good.
