To all who attended, KUDOS.
I could not have played a more enjoyable, frustrating, action packed, non-stop game.
To the teams, Anarchy, Dark Angel, DC Terror, Smoke N Mirrors, BeeBop, OMM, MERC, Resistance, and the list goes on and on....THANK YOU for giving me the opportunity to play a great game with some great and upstanding , hardfighting guys.
As it goes, I was unable to obtain a victory, but the chance to play out at splat again with you all was wonderful and a true win in my book any day.
To Chowda, you turned many days of great smack, into quite a few hours of good fighting and fun. Great job, my hats off to you (until next time ;D)
To the many, many, many walk ons, now you see why splat is such a great place to come out team up and play a great sport. I hope you continue to come and join us on the awesome games and continue to help the splat family grow. Despite my loss, it would have been impossible to do what we did still accomplish today withought you all.
Until next time, I'll take this learn from it, and i will be back, My MERCS numbers are growing, our network is too. We made some great friends today, and look forward to many more.
Great game men. Great game
Lazarus ~syndicate~ Boone
(Ronn and Don, thnx for the opportunity to do something wonderful like leading the many kewl players on your field. Your refs are top notch, your staff is amazing, and you guys make some of the best scenarios i've played. Thank you for everything, and if you need anything of the MERCs feel free to ask. Again Chowda, congrats)

Laz, You're definitely a class act. Even though you got beat up pretty bad, you kept that smile on your face, which, in my book, is an outstanding show of sportsmanship. I tried to come by your CP to say "hi", but unfortunately you weren't there. BUmmer. The rest of the day, we basically took on missions and didn't go for your CP. But again, class act my man... Chowda, thanks for trusting us with the many missions you gave us (and thanks for letting me take those breaks that I desperately needed). I gotta say, this was one of the funnest scenarios I have played, yet, and that includes the MXS games. Devastator and Corndog, great leadership as XO's, Chowda really knows how to pick his men . lol I'll be nursing my VERY sore body for many days, weeks,... to come, but it was all worth it. But darn it was cold last night. Thanks to all the great teams that we had the good fortune to play with again, including BeBop, Anarchy, MERC, OFU, Resistence, Psych Ward, Dark Angels , DC Terror, Wolverines, and everyone else (I'm sorry if I failed to mention, memory going!!!). Thanks Coastieoutlaw, Kayla, and Trisket. It's always a joy splat paint with you and NOT at you. And DriveTech....I got fooled again, by another spy. Great job. As always, Don, Ronn and your reffing staff. Another great game. You always make us and every other paintballer, feel like Splatbrothers is their home away from home. Isn't there any way you could pick up and move the whole park a little closer to the DC area Now my wife demands I show, so I better do what she says. Thanks again for a great day and congrats Chowda and all the teams and players that got their well deserved awards....

Where to begin..... Oh yeah. Boy am I glad we won. I talked too much smack to lose! ;D To Ronn and Don and the Splatbrothers staff a big thank you to for a well run game at the world's best paintball facility. Your support, help, understanding, and patience were all great. You're the best at what you do an we appreciate it. To my Xo's Devastator and Corndog. You guys rocked. Whether it was planning before the game or rallying the troops through it, you guys were there pulling with all you had and I appreciated it. A general couldn't have better Xo's. To Lazarus "Syndicate" Boone. You were the most worthy and upstanding adversary a guy could have. Before, during, and after the scenario you were a complete gentleman. I don't know if I could have kept the smile on that you did my friend but it show's your strength of character. Great job on a great game. To my teams such as Old Men Militia, Bebop, DC Terror, Black River Wolverines, The Rats, Anarchy, Operation Foxtrot Uniform, Knight Stalkers, Krisis, Psychward and more you were amazing. Capable, confident, experienced, and trustworthy. You guys won the game not I. You made my job look easy and I appreciate the hell out of all of you. To my all star players like Trapper, Traffic, Triskit, Spud, Coastie, Kayla, Victum, Jet, Shrub, Vader and the list goes on and on. I appreciate all you did. You are first rate in my book. To the Enemy teams like MERC, the Resistance, Smoke and Mirrors, and Dark Angels I'm both glad and sorry that I didn't see more of you guys. You played a great game. Hat's off to you. To Drivetech - You got me. Lesson Learned. It won't happen again Thanks to everyone for a great day. I hope to play with you all again real soon by the way, what is the next scenario game. I need to check some forums ...........

Well, well, well.... The long con worked, my good buddy ~SYN~ needed some help on this one and I was honored to be able to assist him. ~SYN~ and all the MERCs have proven their strength of character. Chowda, Devastator, CornDog, Spud and all the other great players that I betrayed, it was great fun fighting beside you and yes I too marked my share of Commies. I relayed intel all day to the Chinese, they would meet you but were not be able to stop the "Marine Machine". The skill, coordination and intestinal fortitude of the U.S. Marines were well demonstrated by the players at Chosin. Chowda I waited all day for the order for the "General Kill" but in the end I just couldn't do it. You and your command staff have my greatest respect. It was an honor to share the field with all of you. Sorry for the conniving old so-and-so thing. I know you guys will NEVER trust anything I say again (lol) but I had to help the MERCs (gotta love the underdog, its the American way) Take comfort in the fact that even though you had a traitor in your mist, you still pulled it off!!! Congratulations!!! Great Games and Great FUN at SplatBrothers. Oh and thanks for all the "Bonus Balls" at the final battle, I earned every one of 'em!!! Thanks Ronn and Don for not giving me up, it made the game more interesting. And thank you two for all you do for the players and the game, I am thankful to have such a great place to play and that is a direct reflection on you two and your staff.

Man o Man where to begin. We (BeBop) had a great time, the level of sportsmanship by all players was just phenominal. I want to send out a special thanks to Victum and Spike from BeBop, without them I wouldn't have bene able to make it, thanks guys!
Ron and Don, you guys have one of the best fields around, I like the changes and updates although I never actually made it into the towers.
Lazarus, you did a great job, thank you for the Chester Pulley award, it means a lot coming from the opposing general. To the Commies, you guys fought hard and with honor, thanks for being great sports!
Chowder and the rest of the Marines, we fought hard, we stayed organized and we pushed everywhere we could when we could, our medics did a great job and sacrificed alot to play their roles very well. Thanks guys!

I don't want to make this a long drawn out speech so I am going to keep it short and sweet...Everyone knows that everyone else epreciates them being out there on that field, cause without them these games would not exist. Somebody has to win and somebody has to lose. I am, however, glad that I got to be on the winning side of that statement. But to the losing team...you guys kept going...I can't believe the force that you would push with...It was great to see that you all didn't want to give up and it showed as you stared at me in my own CP...BTW...I was kinda worried at that point. But my biggest comment goes out to SYN...To me now, you are like a brother from another mother. You took all my crap before the game and all my crap during the game and you never lost your cool. I love that. There are not tooo many people that can put up with me when I trash talk and brother you...in the words of Chowda...you made it look GOOD!!!! BTW...thank you for the Most Feared Opponent, it means a lot to me. However, I have to say that none of what I did on that field that day would have happened without my other brother from another mother, Deva, wouldn't have gotten me outta our CP and into the game on the field. Thanks man...sometimes I need a push.
And Chowda...I love you man...all day you kept me working, refreshed, and most of all calm. When the dog wanted to be unleashed you held him back...thank you it was a pleasure to be in that CP with you!!!

I wanted to take a moment and say thanks to everyone who made yesterday's game so much fun. Our US leader 'Chowda' kept the missions coming and his XO's kept our troops focused and moving. As Predator said, someone has to win and someone has to lose and we were happy to play our part in helping the US forces win. I too was impressed with the will and determination of our foes and how they kept up their fight up and through the final battle.
This was our first trip to SplatBrothers and were thoroughly impressed with their field. It is evident that they really care about our sport and have developed a varied field system that included many different terrains from towers and trenches to mazes and spool fields, along with a great ravine in the middle.
We met so many strong Scenario Teams and we sure hope to be back to Splat Brothers for the next RAW event and would be honored to play with all you great guys again.
Thanks again Chowda for the recognition, we were just happy to be able to help the US achieve victory against a worthy opponent.
Thanks, Phil DC Terror

I would have loved to have had the time to shake EVERYONES hand there at the end. I have to say that for such a large group....I have never seen a more honest and sportsmanship like gathering of players. I was very impressed with the Chinese players, for no matter the odds against them...they stood and fought bravely, never chosing to back down. Many times I witnessed three or four Chinese players standing their ground against 20 or more Marines, and actually holding them at bay with die-hard tactics and skill. They chose where to fight in area's where they could use the Marines numbers against them. The "Shoot...move...shoot" warfare that the Chinese executed always made it seem like there were three times as many of them as there actually were. MUCH respect for Syn and his teams....great leadership, great playing abilities. No one else could have pulled it off the way you guy's did. Thank you for a challenging day.
Chowda, and the rest of my Marine brothers....VERY WELL DONE! My apologies for having to withdraw after only four hours due to my foot giving out (I guess I just pushed it alittle too hard, too soon, after having just gotten out of the hospital having it worked on). It was torture sitting in the parking lot listening to you guys "kickin'" it on my walkie, but it would have been FAR worse sitting here at home and missing the entire game (I just couldnt stay away, lol). Corndog and Devistator....outstanding piece of work filling in all of the little details for each and every mission to be effective. Chowda, I would gladly work under your leadership anytime. You left nothing to chance.
To all of the well deserving award winners, Anarchy thanks you all for your best efforts. These games would not be what they are without players like yourselves giving it their all. Congradulations to each and every one of you...and especially to Traffic of Anarchy for bagging the Marine M V P award. Traffic is the youngest member of Anarchy at 16 yrs, and this was his first recognition award in any event. He chose a tough job as DEMO with Anarchy, and has put his heart and soul into accepting, and executing training in this difficult area of organized play. We at Anarchy are all very proud of his accomplishments, his hard work...and his dedication to the teams needs (....I still think you DEMO guy's are a warped and twisted bunch !!! Only another Demolitions expert could possibly understand your sense of humor, lol.)
Donn and Ronn...simply OUTSTANDING!!! I know you had some minor issues come out of the first RAW event which you promised fatefully to correct, and I have to say that you left no stone un-turned in doing just that. With all of the milling about that I did Saturday, no matter where I looked...there one of you were getting personally involved in the days events. You guys are the best! Ronn, thanks for being all over me when I was helped off the field (after hurting my foot AGAIN), making sure I didnt need medical attention. As usual...your staff was most professional in every way. You should be proud of each of them, as I know you are. To all of the Ref's who gave up a beautiful day of play so the rest of us could enjoy a clean event...Anarchy cant thank you enough for your efforts. You guys make it possible for the rest of us to have fun. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
P.S.- The field really looked G O O D guys, thanks to everyone who contributed to the recent construction projects and clean up.

Thank you everyone ... I had a fantastic time ... It was a wonderful change of pace just to be able to go out, run missions and shoot for a change. No command role, no scheming, conning, role playing, etc.
Matter of fact, Ron neatly handed me a role card for the opposing team, and after thinking about it for awhile, I turned it back in to him. (Lazarus, you are welcome !!! ) It is seldom that I just get a chance to play.
Thank you OMM for letting me join my walker to yours. Now, if we can only get Ronn and Donn to invest in a few golf carts to be staged at the bottom of all them darn hills, it would cut down on the oxygen expenses from having to climb them.
Folks, had a wonderful time, and thank you all ...

Hey Trapper, you can use our wheelchairs any time, along with our oxygen tanks. However, that is if any O2 is left after I run up those dang hills. I think, in a day, I suck more oxygen out of the air than the rest of the players combined. Sorry guys. Thanks again Trapper for running with us, you know you are always welcome to join our humble little (fat) team and it is an honor to have you.
Now stop working so hard and get to the field more!!!!

I second that. How are we young scenario players supposed to grow up to be sneaky, conniving, swindling, double talking little role playering veterans if we don't have good role models to look up to. ;D It was great to see you Trap. Try to come out and hang with us all again soon.
