I got banned for asked why the teams were so lopsided and politely asking what went wrong? seriously it was a simple question filled with nothing but compliments about the park and the people. So if thats how it is going to be a phone call will be made.

No one has been banned apparently there is a glitch somewhere as even I was banned and I promise you that ain't happening...
SplatBrothers® has never banned a person. Some have been privately spoken to as we don't allow anyone to knock or degrade anyone on our forums.
I have received numerous calls and we are trying to figure it out... Thanks for bearing with us...

I was banned too, but then came home and it worked fine. Had to be a glitch, because I couldn't even get on the forum as a guest and even when I went to the registration page, it said I was banned. That is obviously a forum error (probably with the hosting site). So Shameless, trying your original account and I'm sure you'll find it works fine now, or try from another server.

SplatBrothers instituted the policy that if you didn't PRE-Register for a particular side, or you missed the pre-registration deadline, then we were going to put you where we needed you. The number of players per side were even ... the experience of the players however was a totally different story. One side received ALL of the non-pre-registered players and walk-ons, so they were VERY short of experienced guns and teams. I Again thank Social Hazard for volunteering to make the switch from one side to the other to help even things out.

i guess it makes sense that it takes 5 noobs to kill a experienced player. Not true at all ... the problem is that a new player or a group of walkons don't tend to work as a team. They haven't worked as a team together, and they don't know how the other teams work and run with another. So when they get pushed into a box, the new player doesn't know, or doesn't have the aggression and other team members to break out of it.

I don't think you can call yourself an experienced player until a seven year old rails you with a rental 98C and says "No Way!" That brings it full circle,
