Well all of the roles are taken but, it appears all of the Germans are to scared to come out and, play with the German High Command, Mussolini, Hootkins, Pope, and the Allied Commander.
Lets all come out and play!

Yes, we are so afraid to come out and play, it seems to me that it is the Allies who are afraid to come out and play, Mr. Hootkins has sent me the following message: Mr. Mussolini. i know that hitler has forced you to join him, with the threatening to destroy Milan, Genoa and Turin. but we the allied forces would never let that happen. it is the italian people we wish to save and the whole world for that matter. and i know what you are thinking "why would the allies let a socialist leader into their ranks?"
the reason is simple. to ensure the freedom and safety of the Italian people. we have the same goals Mr. Mussolini, even if your strategy is not the same as ours. The allied forces are not so fast to threaten a man of your skill and qualification. we are quicker to give proper incentive my good man. and the incentive will be much to your liking... Bribery is not only flattering it shows the fear the allies have of the Axis powers!
