Because of work and family I will have to make this a one day trip. It is about 3 hrs. from my house. I was planning on getting up at 5 and getting there around 8 to 8:30. Is that enough time to register and walk the field?

That would give youplenty of cushion time... One of our members did the same thing and arrived at 9:00am and he had plenty of time to reg, get paint and suit up.... However, please take care on the way home, you will be tired (and probably sad from losing on the American side).

We are coming up to Splatbrothers from the Raleigh NC area. It's about 2-2.5 hours depending on traffic and who is driving. We normally leave around 5 so we can get there in time to set up. I think you should be fine to leave by 5 as the others have mentioned.
