Actualy farva, kouza has been an xo and a general Yeah, I meant to say just Donkey. And that's still besides the point of everything I'm saying. I have been XO twice, ran the field for a general once, and been general once (Different field, in which you were present). Honestly Corndog gave me the go ahead this game if I wanted it, and we cohesively decided that it was not a good choice to have OFU running the CP for a while, as we are making structural changes. I whole heartedly agree with you on the fact that both generals need to have experience or, at least have matching experiences if they don`t however, creating facts is not constructive in an argument and, in Sams favor, I do have to admit posts about how crappy generals have been the last year honestly discourages new generals.

The tips that everyone have been giving about being a general is not there to scare anyone off. It is just friendly advise that should be taken to heart before stepping up as a general.
We would love to see new players step up and take the reins and lead us into the future. I know this first hand. I stepped up not too long ago and I got my butt handed to me by Prince John. I prepared to the best of my ability. I recruited all that I could. and when it came down to game day the pressure was really on and the stress of A&B knocking on the door of the my CP from bird-banger and the stress of not knowing how to run mission the way SB does..I was pretty much. running a team with my head cut off.. Although I did have alot of fun it is alot of work.. I have to give major props and take my hat off to those who general game in and game out....

Wait a minute...I just got back to this thread and I would just like to point out that NO ONE has said a word about Coyote talking of coming out of retirement!!! To be quite honest Yote....I would love to see you out on that field with or against me...hmmm...I must think on this one. To capture this opportunity, however, I will not be calling ACME for ANY supplies.
