This was my first ever scenario game and 2nd time playing on a real field. I want to thank the refs first off, I think they did an awesome job. They're out there not getting to play and getting nailed with paint and were very friendly to everyone. I played on Americans and had an awesome time and plan on returning for future battles. I thought the teams were fine but the American CP could have been at the top of the hill by the spools. Every time we spawned we had to walk past germans holding the spools walk down the hill, turn around and engage with no cover. I had a blast though and will definitely pre reg next time

honestly, I enjoyed the challenged. it was tough trying to fight ya'll off,but I loved it.(I was allied side of course) when we did get the spools. we just couldn't hold long. didn't have the man power. sad to see 15 of your team mates gone in one ambush though...

Crap, I can't believe I had to missed another game and this one sounded awesome, I have yet to even make it to splatbrothers and I've been trying for a year+ every time something comes up, I swear I'm coming to the next R.A.W series even if its during a hurricane and I have to walk! Any way, way to go Germans I was planning on playing them and had aome good camo/equipment for the part.

"The incredible flanking manuever pulled by the germans when we anihilated everyone in the American CP and ended up fiercely shooting each other for about 30 seconds until someone yelled, "Hey, they are wearing red tape like us"."
Oops sorry, i think i took out more of my own red teamates in that one firefight than i did blue all day (I got there at 2pm). lol.

Guys we all played an amazing game. While the better team won lets not pat ourselves on the back too much. There is no way the Allies outnumbered the Germans. I watched the final insertion and by the looks of the size of the groups we had about 2/3 of the players and they had about 1/3. Everyone organizing the game will tell you the teams were even because that's their jobs, but things happen. If you were on the field you would have realized the players on the field certainly did not match those figures. When you run all over a team in just about every battle you have to realize that it's not because we're that good, but that their must be something else going on. Not to mention I think they had all the little kids on their team and they only count for 1/2 of a player. ;D I give the Allies much props. Their insertion point was really bad. They were on the middle of a hill where we could flank them from above and below and there was a clear path to spool city right by our base. They get much props for keeping up the fight even though they were surrounded upon just about every insertion. There was lots of fair play going on and tons of fun. That's about as good as it gets.... well that and the big W. Go Germans!

I felt it was very realistic, taking into account the circumstances involved in the actual Market Garden campaign. the Allied Blue team put forth a simply amazing effort. The Germans at "Bulge" had the Castle as their CP, with the majority of the walk ons (not that walk ons are a bad thing...they just generally dont have the experiance of working and practicing tactics with a large team on a regular basis). The results were roughly the same...so yeh...alot of us "Germans" at "Garden know the feeling of being pinned, on all fronts, all to well. Some you win, some you loose...but all are a blast. It was an honor to be able to hang with everyone at "Garden".

I think what brought the allies down the most was the fact we had 5-6 teams while Germans had 7-8, off the top of my head. The teams were even but we lacked the more experienced people who knew how to fight as a squad.
personally my team got too split up because of mechanical issues at the beginning and because of staggered respawn times, if we had been more cohesive then i think we could've done a lot more for allies
i would like to thank all the other teams out there with Tango Down who time and time again gave me and my squadmates covering fire, information, and help in general. Also, to BUFF-N-STUFF who led a team under fire the whole day, ya got balls dude.
